I just placed an order, but I'd like to cancel it. Is that possible?

Do I get get a full refund or store credit?
We will gladly replace or exchange the item, or refund the amount you paid. Refunds will be credited to your original mode of payment within a week of our receiving your return package. If you prefer store credit, we will issue you a Milk + Lily Portrait Co. gift card that can be used towards any retail purchase, photography session or prints. Please email Maritza@milkandlilyportrait.co to arrange a return, refund or exchange.
How long do I have to return items?
You may return items within 30 days of purchase, providing they are unused and in their original packaging with original tags. Local customers may return items in person at our downtown Walnut Creek location during business hours. Please email Maritza@milkandlilyportrait.co to arrange a return, refund or exchange.
Do I have to pay shipping for returns or exchanges?
No, we cover the shipping costs for you. We want you to have the best shopping experience. So go ahead and tell all your friends and family to shop at Milk + Lily Portrait Co. ;)
I ordered an item that said 'Final Sale', can I still return it?
Clearance & Final Sale items may NOT be returned. Coupons cannot be used on these items unless specified. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
